Booking Policy
- A credit card is required on file to secure your appointment. - This card is not charged unless you violate the cancellation or no-show policy (see below). - We accept cash, debit, or credit cards. - Checks are not accepted. - Gratuity is welcomed via card or cash. - When you book an appointment, you'll receive a confirmation email or text with a link for the Intake Forms and Pre & Post Care instructions hosted on the Wellness Aesthetics website. Reviewing this before your treatment is your responsibility and part of your client commitment. Do you take credit cards?
Yes. I accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Cash. I only take personal checks if you have been a client of 5 years or more. Gift Certificates/Packages/Membership?
Gift Certificates subject to all scheduling and cancellation policies. Gift Certificates are not refundable and not redeemable for cash. All gift certificates must be presented at time of service or you must pay by other means. YOU MUST BRING YOUR GIFT CARD! Packages are not refundable. If you miss your appointment, a session will be redeemed. Your membership can be canceled after 6 months. If you miss your membership day, you are allowed to reschedule in that same month (you only get two reschedule appointments, and you still have to follow the rule of the cancellation policy; if you cancel in less than 24 hours, you lose the month's appointment). If you miss a few months in a row, you miss those appointments for those months as well. You will not be able to redeem money. Do you work on clients younger than 18?
No. I have chosen to dedicate my practice to working exclusively with adult clients age 18 and older. I can offer a referral to a massage therapist that works with pediatric clients. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
- Please cancel at least 36 hours in advance to avoid charges. - We understand that emergencies happen, which is why your first missed appointment will be forgiven as a one-time courtesy. - Your second missed appointment or late cancellation will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service. - If you book two services and fail to show, you will be charged $100, and may be restricted from booking again due to the lost time and unfillable space. - If you are my first appointment of the day and you cancel after 6pm the night before, the full charge for the service apply...no exceptions. Consent & Rights Policy
- By booking any service at Wellness Aesthetics, you are agreeing to all current policies, including the Pre & Post Care instructions, and granting permission to be serviced by the provider. - Your therapist has the right to decline or discontinue service at any time if boundaries, safety, or professionalism are compromised. - Services are tailored to support your well-being, and mutual respect is expected throughout your experience. - This is a high-vibrational, healing space - Good vibes only. - Disrespect, aggression, or inappropriate behavior of any kind will not be tolerated. - If such behavior occurs, the session will end immediately and you will be permanently dismissed from the client list with no refund. Referral Program
- For every person you refer, you receive 10% off your next service. - Bank up to 5 referrals to receive 50% off any one treatment. - Referral credits never expire and can be gifted to others.
